The design of the brass cutting line equipped with a six-high roller leveling machine is more suitable for customers with high precision requirements. Because brass is soft, tough, easily deformed, and easily scratched, traditional leveling equipment easily leaves indentations and roller marks on the surface, affecting the product appearance and subsequent processing. The brass coil cutting line is equipped with a six-high roller leveling machine, employing a three-roller structure at the top and bottom. An intermediate roller is added between the upper and lower rows of leveling work rollers and the support rollers. Through the transition of the intermediate roller, the supporting force of the support rollers does not directly act on the work rollers, providing stronger protection for the brass surface. After processing, the brass surface is virtually free of indentations and roller marks, making it less prone to scratches and embossing, perfectly preserving the original metallic luster of the brass. Furthermore, the six-high roller leveling machine, through alternating rolling with multiple rollers, more thoroughly eliminates the internal stress of the brass material. After leveling, the sheet metal is less prone to springback, has more stable dimensions, and the flatness error is controlled within an extremely low range. Therefore, the metal sheets produced by the brass coil cutting line equipped with the six-high roller leveling machine are typically used in applications requiring extremely high surface quality and precision, such as appearance parts requiring polishing and electroplating, high-precision stamping parts, and electronic copper materials, fully meeting high-end processing needs.

The quadruple screed employs a four-layer structure with two rows of rollers (working rollers and support rollers) on both the top and bottom, balancing leveling accuracy and load-bearing capacity. It effectively smooths wrinkles and twists in brass sheets, meeting basic leveling requirements. Compared to a six-high roller leveling machine, the four-high roller leveling machine may leave slight support roller marks on the material surface during leveling, but these marks do not affect the structural strength of the sheet or its use in subsequent basic processing. Therefore, it is more suitable for scenarios where appearance is not critical, or for structural components used internally in equipment, meeting production needs while saving customers on equipment investment costs.
