1. The uncoiler of the cut-to-length line adopts a double-support double-cone top-pressing mechanism to clamp the coil, with a loading capacity of up to 40 tons.

2. The leveler of the cut-to-length line adopts two-roller clamping and five-roller leveling structure. Motor through the reducer, distribution box through the universal joint shaft drive the upper and lower rollers work.

3. The main component in the cut-to-length line is fly-shearing machine used to cut the fixed length of the plate measured by the NC sizing machine. Driven by a servo motor, the cutting speed is fast.

4. Gantry-type sheets stacking machine used to collect the sheets conveyed by the conveyor and automatically stack the sheets neatly. The pneumatic and hydraulic mechanisms are used to collect the sheets neatly.
