This video introduces a compact cut to length line project completed by KINGREAL SLITTING in collaboration with a Russian customer. Based on the Russian customer's needs and considering regional compact cut to length line regulations, KINGREAL SLITTING designed this compact cut to length line specifically for processing metal coils with thicknesses of 0.5-3mm and widths of 500-1300mm. Since the Russian customer requires the production of various metal sheets, this compact cut to length line is compatible with galvanized steel, galvanized aluminum, and CR steel.
Previously, the Russian customer was invited to visit the KINGREAL SLITTING factory, where they were accompanied by KINGREAL SLITTING professional staff and toured various types of cut to length lines. During discussions with the Russian customer, KINGREAL SLITTING engineers obtained crucial information about their expected production volume. Given the customer's relatively small production scale, KINGREAL SLITTING engineers introduced this compact cut to length line. This compact cut to length line has a small footprint, and although its production speed is only 30m/min, its precision is not significantly different from other types of cut to length lines. This compact cut to length line can still produce burr-free, highly consistent metal sheets. The manufacturing plan for the compact cut to length line was thus finalized. After the compact cut to length line was manufactured and approved by the Russian customer, it was shipped to Russia. This compact cut to length line is currently operating stably at the Russian customer's factory, bringing them stable output and significant profits.
