      KINGREAL SLITTING has created the CASE section to help our customers learn more about the projects we have completed in the field of coil processing equipment, such as metal slitting machines and cut-to-length lines.

      Until March 2025, KINGREAL SLITTING has successfully helped customers in more than ten different countries and regions, such as Russia, Indonesia, the United States, Brazil, Greece, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, Italy and so on, to complete the coil processing equipment projects, from the analysis of customer needs, drawing design, metal slitting machine/metal cut-to-length line equipment manufacturing, coil processing equipment quality inspection, Packing and shipping, after-sales installation to long-term after-sales guidance of the whole process case.


The whole process case flow

1. Determine the demand

    Define the customer's coil processing needs, such as coil material, thickness, width and coil weight, processing needs for coil slitting or cut-to-length, production speed and accuracy needs. Provide optimized solutions for customer's needs, such as adding film/paper laminating function on metal slitting machine to protect the sheet

2. Drawing design

    Use SolidWorks/Auto CAD to build the layout of coil processing equipment, and design technical solutions according to the customer's production needs.

3.Slitter/metal cut-to-length line equipment manufacturing

    KINGREAL SLITTING has a complete production workshop and a professional technical team for coil processing equipment processing, to ensure that the machines and equipment are completed within the customer's specified time.

4.Quality Inspection of Coil Processing Equipment

    After the production of metal slitting machine/cut-to-length line is completed, KINGREAL SLITTING will carry out the quality control process of line inspection in the factory, and invite the customers to carry out quality inspection at the factory.

5.Packing and Delivery

    After the completion of the quality inspection of the coil processing equipment, we will carry out the packing process of packing with plastic film, sealing of fittings, and crane loading for shipment.

6.After-sales installation and service

    KINGREAL SLITTING has a professional technical team, according to the actual needs of customers to arrange engineers to the customer's factory for installation and operation guidance.
