How to correctly operate the Steel slitting line is conducive to improving the safety of production in major Steel slitting line factories:


1. Before opening the Steel slitter, check whether all lubricating parts are lubricated (screw, roller, sprocket, transmission gear, expansion and contraction mechanism, etc.);

2. Check whether the protective device is firm and reliable, and whether the fasteners are loose;

3. Check whether the motor grounding wire is firm, whether the operating button is damaged, and whether the line is damaged;

4. Check whether the oil level of the reducer is within the standard range;

5. Check the wear of the pneumatic brake, and there should be no grease on the brake pad;

6. Check whether there are cracks or shedding on the surface of the Steel slitter blade;

7. Check that the pressure of the compressed air is normal at 0.5-0.7MPa, and the pressure of the hydraulic pump is normal at 5-8MPa;

8. Before using the Steel slitting line, the loading trolley and the unloading trolley should be in the outermost lower limit position to wait for the material; the uncoiler drum should be in the minimum tightening state, the centering cylinder should be in the middle position, and the pressure roller should be in the upper limit position. After loading, the reel should be expanded and tightened to prevent slipping;

9. The rear loop guide plate should be pulled to the threading working position; the opening of the guide roller on the front tension table should be at the maximum position; the pinch roller on the rear tension table should be at the upper limit position; the front and rear tension table airbags need to be deflated and the pressure plate opened to the maximum position;

10. Before use, the scrap edge coiling machine should be in the coiling position; the tail shear is opened to the maximum opening; the coiler drum is in the minimum contraction state, the jaws are turned to the appropriate position, and the hydraulic push plate should be retreated to the rear limit position,

11. The disc shear needs to be equipped with the knife disc and locked according to the process requirements, and then the frame on the operating side should be locked, and then the overlap of the upper and lower knives should be adjusted according to the process requirements and locked, and the machine should be started to check the fit of the blade to prevent damage to the blade;

12. The tool gap and coiling tension should be adjusted according to the process requirements when adjusting the strip type for the first time;

13. The distance from the inner side of the disc should be slightly larger than the width of the strip to prevent scratches on the edge of the strip;

14. Before lifting the copper belt, check the lifting device to see if there is any damage to prevent the equipment from being damaged; 15. Run the equipment empty for 2-3 minutes before loading, observe the operating conditions of each component, and operate the equipment only after it is operating normally; 16. When loading, pay attention to whether the inner hole position of the copper coil is correct. If the position of the height direction of the coil is incorrect, stop the movement of the loading trolley immediately, readjust the position and then perform centering;

17. Wipe the knife shaft and frame arch before starting, and remove debris and waste above and around the equipment. 18. When loading, the unwinder and disc shear need to be operated in a jog manner. It is forbidden to thread the tape at high speed. When starting to cut, the rear tension pad should be lowered to press the copper belt, and then the airbag should be inflated to keep the copper belt stable during cutting. During the cutting process, it is strictly forbidden to stand in front of the reel to prevent the belt from breaking and causing fire.

19. When cutting the copper belt, you must wear gloves to pull the copper. When pulling the copper belt, the palm of your hand cannot be close to the edge of the copper belt to prevent the edge of the copper belt from hurting your hand. During the operation, it is strictly forbidden to operate between the blades with your hands, and it is strictly forbidden to touch the edge of the copper belt with your hands; the guide position should be adjusted at a reduced speed;

20. Before starting the reel, check whether all the strips are clamped. If normal, start high-speed reeling. After reeling, the rolls need to be bundled to prevent the rolls from loosening;

21. When the tail of the copper strip leaves the disc shear, the looper table must be moved to the center of the unit first to prevent the tail of the copper strip from falling into the bottom of the looper pit and scratching the copper strip.

22. When scrapping, no one should stand in front of the scrap edge coiler to prevent the scrap from hitting the feet.

23. When loading the copper strip, it should be stable and slow to prevent damage to the equipment and copper strip.

24. If the equipment is found to have a fault during the process, it should be stopped in time to notify the machine repair to eliminate it, and the equipment should not be allowed to work with the fault.

25. During operation and maintenance, it is forbidden to cross the running parts, touch the rotating parts, and cross the safety guardrail.

26. When the equipment is not used for more than 8 hours, the main power switch should be turned off.
