"The welding shop is responsible for assembling individual components into more complex assemblies or complete machines through welding technology. Welding quality directly affects the structural strength and stability of the product, so the welding workshop plays a crucial role in the whole manufacturing process. The workshop is equipped with a variety of welding equipment, including gas shielded welding (e.g. MIG, TIG welding), electric welding and laser welding, to meet the welding needs of different materials and structural components. Many of the welding components will be used in aluminum coil slitting machine and metal cut to length line to ensure the precision and strength of the assembly of these machines. During the welding process, operators select the appropriate welding methods and parameters according to the process requirements to ensure the strength and quality of the welded joints. In order to ensure the quality of welding, the workshop will carry out strict inspection on each welded workpiece, including appearance inspection, non-destructive testing (such as ultrasonic flaw detection) and mechanical property testing.
