In 2025, KINGREAL SLITTING successfully completed the manufacturing of a heavy gauge cut to length line for an Indonesian customer and is now shipping to the customer's factory. This heavy gauge cut to length machine can efficiently process a variety of metal materials with thicknesses ranging from 6 to 25 mm and is widely used in the metalworking industry. Before the heavy gauge cut to length line was shipped, KINGREAL SLITTING staff conducted a comprehensive inspection of key components. These included the decoiler, leveling machine, fly shearing machine, waste collection device, conveyor belt, and stacker. Staff ensured that all components were free of damage or defects to ensure proper operation.

After the heavy gauge cut to length machine was completed, KINGREAL SLITTING technical team assembled the components into the complete production line and conducted testing. However, due to shipping requirements, the staff removed removable parts to prevent damage during transportation. These removed components were clearly labeled to facilitate subsequent assembly and installation. Next, KINGREAL SLITTING staff carefully packaged the heavy gauge cut to length line components using sturdy packaging materials, such as wooden boxes and pallets, ensuring they were resistant to pressure and impact. During the packaging process, staff also filled the heavy gauge cut to length machine with foam or shock-absorbing material to reduce vibration and impact during transportation, further ensuring the safety of the heavy gauge cut to length line.

After packaging, staff affixed clear labels to the outside of the packages, clearly indicating important information such as the machine model, quantity, and shipping address, to ensure smooth logistics. During the loading process, staff used tools such as forklifts to securely load the packaged machine components into the truck. Special attention was paid to ensuring the stability of the heavy gauge cut to length machine during loading to prevent shaking and tilting during transportation, and securing the equipment with straps where necessary. Finally, KINGREAL SLITTING staff recorded the shipment details, including the shipping date, transportation method, and recipient information, for subsequent tracking and management.
