KINGREAL SLITTING believes that the best way to demonstrate the quality, precision and efficiency of cut to length lines is through an on-site factory tour.
Recently, KINGREAL SLITTING was pleased to host a valued customer from Russia who visited KINGREAL SLITTING’s factory to explore KINGREAL SLITTING’s cut to length line machine. The visit provided KINGREAL SLITTING with an excellent opportunity to demonstrate the capabilities of the metal cut to length line, discuss custom solutions and strengthen our partnership.
1. Factory Tour: Hands-On Inspection, Technical Insights
Upon arrival of the Russian customers, KINGREAL SLITTING’s dedicated technical team warmly welcomed them and accompanied them throughout their factory tour.
1.1 Careful Inspection for Precision Measurements
The first thing that caught KINGREAL SLITTING’s attention was the customer carefully measuring the width of the cut to length machine with a measuring tape in hand.

KINGREAL SLITTING’s team encouraged the customer to get as close to the machine as possible, allowing them to inspect the external structure and internal components. This hands-on approach reassured the customer of the machine’s solid construction and precise engineering.
1.2 Live Demonstration: Witnessing the Machine in Action
Next, KINGREAL SLITTING provided a live demonstration of the cut to length line in action. The customer observed how smoothly the machine handled different materials, demonstrating its efficiency under real-world conditions. During the demonstration, KINGREAL SLITTING engineers highlighted the machine’s ability to handle a wide range of common metal materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, copper, and more.
The cutting accuracy of the cut to length line machine was another standout feature. KINGREAL SLITTING stressed that the cut to length machine can achieve a tolerance of ±0.1 mm, ensuring high accuracy even when handling thin coil materials.

1.3 Key advantages of the machine highlighted during the visit:
◆ Versatile material handling: Ability to handle multiple types of metals, providing flexibility for different production needs.
◆ High cutting speed: Efficient handling of thin coils, increasing production throughput.
◆ Accuracy: Cutting errors are controlled within ±0.1 mm, ensuring consistent quality.
2. Technical Discussion: Tailoring solutions to meet customer needs
After the factory tour, KINGREAL SLITTING headed to the conference room for a more in-depth technical discussion. Here, KINGREAL SLITTING’s engineers spoke with the customer to understand their specific production requirements and challenges.
2.1 Understanding the Customer’s Production Environment
Through the conversation, KINGREAL SLITTING learned that the customer’s production scale is relatively small and that they have limited space in their factory. This also explains why the customer was so focused on measuring the machine size during the visit - they needed to ensure that the machine could fit into their limited layout.

The customer’s requirements included:
◆ Space efficiency: a compact machine that does not take up too much floor space.
◆ Material flexibility: the ability to handle a wide range of metal coils from 0.5mm to 2mm thickness.
◆ Customization: adaptable and suitable for their specific production process.
2.2 KINGREAL SLITTING’s Tailor-made Solutions
KINGREAL SLITTING’s engineers assured the customer that KINGREAL SLITTING’s metal cut to length line was designed with flexibility in mind. KINGREAL SLITTING emphasized that this machine is space-saving and is well suited for factories with limited space. In addition, KINGREAL SLITTING offers a key advantage: customizing the machine size according to the customer’s actual factory layout.
This means that even if the standard machine size does not fit their space perfectly, KINGREAL SLITTING can adjust the size of the machine appropriately according to the customer's actual factory area without compromising performance. This level of customization ensures that the cut to length machine integrates seamlessly into their production line.
